Job Description:

• Develop the supplier panel and strategy in the region following the global purchase strategy and guidelines.

• Improve relationship, transparency and trust with key global suppliers.

• Support on KPIs management, to improve efficiency on purchasing process.

• Negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms.

• Monitoring supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and managing supplier relationships.

• Developing and implementing purchasing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.

• Identifying potential suppliers, evaluating bids, and awarding contracts.

• Tracking and analyzing data to identify trends and recommend purchasing strategies.

• Ensuring that purchasing policies and procedures are followed.

• Driving value through sourcing strategically and innovating.

• Managing risks associated with the supply chain.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to prioritize task

Software Knowledge:

• MS Office (Excel + Power Point Mandatory)

• Familiarity with procurement tools and SAP.

Experience:

• Experience in purchasing or related supply chain functions.

Education:

• Bachelor´s Degree on Engineering or commercial background (Administration, Economics, Engineering, others)

Languages:

• Fluent English

• Spanish is considered a plus
