What impact you’ll make:
As a leader of the Power Operational Controllership team, you will be an active contributor to the Rest of Power Intercompany team. The Senior Intercompany Governance Leader is responsible for overseeing and managing the intercompany governance functions within the organization. This role ensures the efficient and compliant handling of intercompany transactions, optimization of intercompany processes, and alignment with corporate governance standards. The Senior Intercompany Governance Leader will work closely with regional finance teams, managed service providers, tax, transfer pricing, operations, and business leaders to maintain financial integrity and support strategic decision-making.
What you’ll do
Establish and maintain the global intercompany governance framework, including policies, procedures, standards, and controls across all regions.
Drive alignment of intercompany processes end-to-end—transaction initiation, pricing, invoicing, reconciliation, and settlement.
Ownership and clear understanding on all SP Intercompany balance (composition and movements) on monthly and quarterly basis.
Collaborate with Tax and Transfer Pricing teams to ensure that operational practices align with transfer pricing policies and regulatory requirements.
Oversee intercompany compliance, including audit readiness, documentation standards, and adherence to global policies.
Lead global initiatives to simplify, standardize, and automate intercompany processes, leveraging technology and best practices.
Prepare and provide timely and accurate input for dedicated area on BS reviews and FRP reviews.
Monitor recurring IC mismatches or disputes; partner with stakeholders across regions to remediate root causes and prevent recurrence.
Provide governance oversight for intercompany agreements, cross-charges, and service allocations.
Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to assess process performance, quality, and timeliness.
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex intercompany issues and process exceptions.
Drive continuous improvement, ensuring governance evolves with business growth, system changes, and regulatory developments.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors on intercompany-related audits, ensuring transparency and effective resolution of findings.
Provide training, change management support, and thought leadership to global finance and operational teams.
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent knowledge or experience.
Major experience in finance or treasury, with a focus on intercompany transactions and governance.
Significant experience in managing intercompany transactions.
Rest of Power business understanding/experience is strong advantage.
Experience with working with Managed Service Providers as Intercompany sponsor.
Fluent English knowledge is essential.

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
