Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for platforms, products, or client engagements. This role requires defining robust solutions that address performance requirements, enhance capabilities, and ensure scalability. The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural frameworks to align with evolving business needs and technological advancements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions within cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of integration techniques and data flow management across diverse systems.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop innovative architectural strategies.
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements in technology architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering sustainable and efficient solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
