About the Role:

This is a rare opportunity to join our dynamic HR function as an Operational Reward Manager. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive Year End and other regular reward cycle planning and coordination of activities with Heads of HR and HR Business Partners.

  • Collaborate with crucial collaborators, particularly in Finance and the broader Reward team, to ensure ongoing communication regarding Variable Compensation accruals and salary budgets.

  • Advise business clients, alongside HR BPs, on managing Variable Compensation allocations and salary budgets in line with our Remuneration Philosophy.

  • Own the annual update of market data via McLagan, collaborating with the Employee Reward team and Global Head of Reward to structure and apply data-based reward parameters.

  • Coordinate legislative pay reporting and analysis processes, such as pay gap or equal pay reporting, leading all aspects of colleagues' input and external support as necessary.

  • Generate important analysis, finding opportunities for continual improvements in delivery and efficiency to inform potential changes.

What we're looking for:

  • Outstanding analytical and numerical approach.

  • Proven strong Excel skills.

  • Expertise in Power BI and Alteryx.

  • Experience working closely with a Finance function.

  • Knowledge of Workday/HR systems.

  • Clear and concise communication skills.

  • Ability to operate at pace and prioritize effectively.

  • Problem-solving approach, comfortable generating new ideas.

  • Demonstrable focus on change and agile approach to adapt to evolving circumstances and demands.
