Summary:
Plan and manage operations and performance of group of clients in a geography or location. Responsible for developing and implementing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. Expected to lead and motivate team to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency. will work with the broader IT and business organization to deliver solutions, serve as a subject matter expert in end user computing technology, manage governance and compliance to the standards, and drive focus on delivering an excellent customer experience. Manage operating and capital budgets for geography or location.

1) Manage large teams
2) Responsible for the SLA's, Delivery optimization, define XLA's, Workload planning, queue and backlog management. Improvement of NPS & CSAT scores.
3) Planning cross skilling and productivity improvements. Avoiding human errors and ensuring quality of delivery
4) Standardization journey and Roadmapping
5) Demonstrate ability to manage multi-disciplinary project teams in high-stress environments with strict time and resource constraints.
6) Demonstrated ability to manage and direct senior professionals, and to provide coaching and mentoring to help them realize their potential and to maximize their value to the organization.
7) Align the goals and strategies with the expectations and requirements of the top-level executives, stakeholders, customers, and regulators, and to monitor and report on the progress and results.
8) Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring that all expenditures are justified and aligned with company goals.
9) Create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
10) Requires adherence to strategic direction set by leadership when establishing near-term goals
11) Independently determine methods and procedures on new assignments
12) Identify opportunities to achieve administrative efficiencies while maintaining service.
13) Review capacity planning, forecasting, and budgeting of equipment, software, service, and End User license needs to support Information Technology and Business partners.

Professional & Technical Skills:
1) Extensive experience in modern workplace engineering including but not limited to Modern device management, Microsoft 365 suite, Azure.
2) Experience in Agile Methodology of project execution.
3) Experience in DEVOPs as well integration projects.
4) Scope finalization, Risk Identification &Mitigation and Stakeholder Identification
5) Project Planning &Scheduling, Risk Management Plan, Communication Management Plan, Escalation and exceptional approval plan, Resource Management Plan, Change Management Plan
6) Proficient with Project Management Tools
7) Good exposure to transformation / Project modernization
8) Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
9) Strong understanding in M365, BYOD, Autopilot, AAD or ADFS, UXI
10) Analyze design and architectural issues pertaining to End User Computing services and adjust design to solve problems in a dynamic environment; align business requirements with enterprise technology alternatives and options. Provide perspective on leading industry trends and recommend new and emerging technologies.
11) Work with Information Security Services and Corporate Integrity to maintain system and application securities.
12) Proficient in managing and delivering tools and services to improve end user experience
