About the team

The Professional Services Business Transformation team delivers and provides a broad spectrum of consulting services, ranging from research, data analytics, business intelligence, technology optimization to productivity improvement, revenue enhancement and strategic advisory services. 

The Business Transformation Team has 4 major Service Lines which provide value-added services to FIS and Non-FIS banking or payment clients: Strategic Discoveries, Operational Discoveries, Business Innovation and Core Transformations. 

What you will be doing

  • Understand the bank’s current business processes, uses of technology, organizational design and staffing, and application functionality.

  • Identify Strategic and operations performance opportunities via discussions with Executive Team.

  • Perform onsite walk-through of process; review current state processes and desk procedures; Conduct brainstorming sessions to identify alternatives for targeted processes.

  • Identify FIS technologies that can help current or prospective customers meet emerging and complex business needs.

  • Design optimal Future State processes.

  • Quantify benefit of Future State improvements identified.

  • Develop recommendations presentation and review with Executive Team.

  • Create Implementation and Change Management Roadmaps.

  • Assist business partners with operationalization of new technologies.

  • Business Development to expand engagements and increase revenue.

What you bring

  • Experienced in Continuous Improvement Methodologies. (Lean Six Sigma)

  • Demonstrated ability to lead large enterprise transformation programs.

  • In depth knowledge of financial industry, business challenges and opportunities within multiple business lines. (i.e. Deposit Operations, Loan Originations, Retail Branch Administration, etc.)

  • Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written.

  • Proven problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to Communicate at the C-Suite level.

  • Must be able to travel at least 60% of the time.

Added bonus if you have

  • Master’s Degree Preferred.

  • 15 years of financial/banking experience.

  • 5+ years of Consulting Experience.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $138,600.00 - $232,850.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
