Position Responsibilities:

Leader Development

  • Conduct leader onboarding programs to support the expansion and recruitment initiatives of the distribution partners.

  • Conduct follow-up capability development programs to new leaders

Advisor Development:

  • Conduct advisor onboarding, product knowledge, sales training and other development programs.

Program Delivery:

  • Implement and manage a range of learning programs and initiatives.

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality training sessions, workshops, and development programs.

Assessment and Evaluation:

  • Implement metrics and evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of learning programs.

  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree holder

  • With 5 years training experience, preferably in life insurance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable in training design and implementation cycle

  • With technical knowledge in MS applications

  • With excellent communication and presentation skills

  • With good interpersonal skills. Customer service oriented.

  • Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and strong work ethics.
