About the role:
What you will do:
Conduct thorough learning needs assessments specific to the joint product solution, identifying gaps in technical skills and knowledge for target audiences (e.g., developers, administrators, sales engineers, and architects).
Define clear, measurable learning objectives that align with the technical capabilities and business value of the combined Red Hat/partner solution
Orchestrate SME input across Ecosystem, Go-to-market teams and business units.
Design comprehensive, modular curriculum frameworks and course outlines for sales and technical training (e.g., e-learning, instructor-led training, hands-on labs, microlearning).
Develop engaging and effective instructional materials (e.g., storyboards, scripts, practical labs, scenario-based exercises, demonstrations) that showcase the integration and interoperability of the joint solution.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the training materials and programs based on learner feedback and performance metrics, iterating on content for continuous improvement.
Engage with leadership and stakeholders to provide updates on program status, seek guidance on strategic decisions, and advocate for program support and resources.
Ensure that program and project deliverables meet team standards and are delivered on time, optimizing quality and effectiveness.
Define, track, and analyze key metrics that drive business impact and use those insights to improve learning content and delivery methods.
Develop formal networks across Red Hat to influence priorities and objectives both internally and with partners, consistently reinforcing a "Red Hat" mindset.
What you will bring:
Strong experience with proven instructional design methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent influence, facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience managing programs and projects
Experience with learning management systems and/or revenue enablement platforms
Experience with Seismic design
Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
