Our client, Chiesi Farmaceutici – one of the top 50 pharmaceutical companies in the world, with more than 80 years of experience within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry - in order to expand their staff, entrusted to IQVIA the recruitment of a HDC Digital Scientist who can join an exciting working environment in a dynamic and international atmosphere.

RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Re-engineer the ingestion processes, design together with business the data to move into repository, interact with instruments/machines vendor to connect equipment to pipeline. Support external partner in deploying the solution.
  • Train GTD department about data culture, data management and adopted tools.
  • Help DDM to create high quality data repository also interacting with QAs departments.
  • Help in deploying the data elaboration platform.
  • Creating elaboration tools to be included into the platform.
  • Design and deploy models and simulations based on GTD needs.
  • Provide support to all GTD departments for product and process development through the use of advanced data processing techniques such as In-silico simulations, statistical and physical/mathematical modelling, advanced analytics, AI/ML
  • Provide support to the implementation of a data repository. The work is about designing data ingestion flows, helping data architect to deploy the data model and governance, supporting business to define scope and characteristics of data elaborations

PROFILE:

  • Degree in scientific disciplines (preferably Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering)
  • Good knowledge of statistics, multivariate statistics and DoE.
  • Knowledge of the main simulation and modelling techniques used in statistics and AI/ML
  • Knowledge of the main statistical analysis techniques on data series and related numerical calculation methods.
  • Knowledge in the field of data science, data management and deep learning.
  • Knowledge of R/python and SQL.
  • Be an active part of digital transformation toward a data drive organization.
  • Ability to innovate and create an integrated environment.
