In this role you will supervise Intelligence Analysis teams that provide structure and infrastructure-centric all-source analysis in support of customer requests for information in order to identify and exploit vulnerabilities and collection opportunities for future or on-going operations. This position is in support of the Facilities and Infrastructure Characterization and Analysis (FICA) Branch at the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC). You'll also supervise a multi-intelligence fused team consisting of other all-source analysts, IMINT and GIS specialists, SIGINT analysts, Culture and Language analysts, with TECH and Collection Management support.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Typically requires a BA degree or equivalent and 10 to 12 years of related experience.
- Must possess and maintain active/current TS/SCI clearance.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills and experience briefing senior personnel.
- Must be experienced in analytical methodologies (including but not limited to desk side development, CANOPIES, D3A, CARVER).
- Must be able to proficiently and professionally present assessments to leadership, internal and external customers as well as the intelligence community and interagency partners.
- Experience in targeting networks or structures and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation.
- Knowledge and/or experience with SOF and/or counterterrorism intelligence.
- Provide an understanding of the customers’ use for Facility Intelligence and knowledge of their requirements.
- Analysts will be expected to maintain a level of customer outreach and continuous collaboration.
- Researches unclassified and classified databases for use in written products. Proficient in utilizing intelligence related automation and databases for use in written assessments (including but not limited to): NGT, M3, TAC, CIAWiRE, ScorpioFore, Pulse, NCTC Online, OMAR, Gemini, NPW, MiRC, Jabber, ICReach, Firetruck, Cultweave, PROTON, Voltron, Analyst Notebook, Palantir, ArcGIS, Google Earth, OSC, GETS, AGC, FISHNet, GeoIQ, MDDS, DAIIS, QLIX, CCD, NES, LNI, GLINT, MIO and Microsoft applications to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Publisher.
- Works closely with technologists to develop new tools specific to analyst requirements in order to streamline efficiency.
- Functions as a member of a multi-intelligence discipline fusion team consisting of All Source analysts, GEOINT analysts as well as Culture and Language analyst.
- Expertly find and fuse intelligence information from all available intelligence disciplines.
- Knowledgeable in all intelligence disciplines capabilities, limitations and platforms to include HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT and MASINT.
- Performs network or nodal analysis of adversaries' people, organizations, and locations by fusing data including but not limited to SIGINT metadata, SIGINT reporting, commercial databases, HUMINT reporting, GEOINT analysis, and OSINT analysis.
- Performs SIGINT DNR metadata analysis using more than one database, including bulk metadata, discovering and analyzing metadata in a geospatial format, and effective visualization of results.
- Communicates intelligence requirements to collection managers and Big Data technologists.
- Monitors and analyzes strategic and operational intelligence information.
- Provides research support for IC and IA analysts who produce targeting reports and briefings.
- Collaborates with NGIC analysts to produce research and intelligence products.
- Researches, analyzes and provides professional Intelligence assessments that support tactical, operational or strategic goals of customers.
- Provide innovation and critical thinking skills to all customer problem sets. Expected to be able to expertly translate creative and critical thinking into written and oral forms.
- Writes Source Directed Requirements and HUMINT reporting evaluations.
- May serve as a client liaison and coordinates with sub-contractors, government personnel, and technical experts.
- May assist with development and maintenance of analytical policies and procedures.
- Provide analysis on findings that are valuable to the customer requirement.
- Ability to collaborate with other intelligence entities in order to understand common tradecraft, analytical methodologies and community voice.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$74,600-$156,700
