As an Industrial Project Manager, you will be responsible for integrating public funding efforts with our product and industrial projects to maximize investment impact.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the liaison to the Principal Investigator for various project teams within the grant program.
  • Managing and monitoring the overall grant program budget, including tracking and reporting.
  • Gathering and compiling inputs from project teams to provide status updates on the program.
  • Documenting and reporting milestones, deliveries, and gate reviews.
  • Addressing technical and financial queries from the Principal Investigator.
  • Representing the grant program at external events as required.
  • Participating in meetings to discuss the impact and benefits of the grant program with relevant stakeholders.
  • Supporting industrial investigations and projects within the Business Office.

Qualifications;

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Engineering, or a related field, with 3-5 years of practical experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Project Management (PMP certification preferred).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (2-3 years).
  • Previous experience working with government agencies is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, up to 30% of the time.
  • Familiarity with strategic planning and operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in risk and change management.

 

Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
