In this exciting new role, you will be responsible for unlocking new ways for Novonesis to drive commercial growth by leveraging sustainability insights and value propositions. This is a unique opportunity to work with marketing across multiple sectors to shape a more sustainable future.


Welcome to Commercial Sustainability.

At Novonesis, sustainability is at the core of who we are and what we do. The Commercial Sustainability team seeks to understand what sustainability means to our customers across all 30 industries we operate in, including agriculture, food processing, brewing, precision fermented protein, laundry detergents, textiles, biofuels, and human health. We work closely with colleagues across all business areas to articulate the sustainability benefits of our biosolutions and find impactful ways to engage customers.

You will be working in a diverse and inclusive, global team of sustainability professionals.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

  • Developing the sustainability value propositions for our Food & Beverage biosolutions

  • Creating powerful marketing assets (e.g., calculators, case studies)

  • Translating industry sustainability insights into opportunities for new business development

  • Driving global customer engagement in Europe and beyond

Potentially relevant experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a marketing or sales role, preferably in the food & beverage space

  • Customer-centric mindset, with a sharp commercial toolbox related to: market analyses, customer engagement, and product positioning

  • Broad knowledge about the sustainability agenda

  • Strong presenter and excellent communication skills

  • Team player, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

  • Masters degree in business, science, or international affairs
