How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

3rd Shift - Fluorinated Products production. 4PM-12AM
  • Operate PFP manufacturing and distillation system, and SF6 system according to defined operating instructions, in as safe, efficient, and quality oriented method as possible.

  • Perform all stages of the eye gas process including prepping (steaming and valving), filling, and labeling and boxing of all PFP and SF6 orders.

  • Perform all stages of eye gas regulator assembly, testing, labeling and boxing.

  • Follow all defined cGMP procedures for manufacturing both pharmaceutical grade and device grade product.

  • Transport and work with hazard materials such as Fluorine and Sulfur Tetrafluoride gas

  • Suggest and Implement efficiency improvements whenever possible, while ensuring cGMP compliance.

  • Able to work independently

  • Trouble-shoot and maintain mechanical systems

  • Work on special projects, justifying capital improvements and process efficiency projects, while insuring cGMP compliance.

  • Maintain and update current production procedures

  • Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment associated with the fluorinated products area.

  • Participate in and support validation operations for system installation and upgrades.

  • Comply with scheduling and production tracking.

  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe environment.

  • Complete all training activities successfully and on time.

Are you a MATCH?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum 2 years gas experience, or equivalent.

  • Good math and analytical skills

  • Good organizational skills

  • Precise record keeping

  • Familiar with computers

  • Some heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)

  • Chemical knowledge
