OHSEPR is the emergency management lead for Administration for Children and Families within US Dept of Health and Human Services. These teams must be able to quickly respond to incidents in response to emergency situations. 

Seneca Global Services, LLC is seeking a Intelligence/Program Analyst in Washington, DC for this pending opportunity with ACF and HHS. The objective of this work is to provide support to All OHSEPR programs including the Disaster Human Services Case Management) DHSCM program, US Repatriation Program and COOP program.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing ongoing threat/risk intel analysis.
  • Coordinate and liaise with the DOS on repatriation matters.
  • Conduct intelligence research, summarize intelligence analysis and develop meaningful intelligence assessments for written products, and/or oral briefs.
  • Research databases for use in written reports and products. Monitors and analyzes strategic and operational intelligence information. Provides intelligence guidance in disaster human services case management and repatriation operations.
  • Research and coordinate threat assessments in support of ACF OHSEPR Programs.  
  • Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of project objectives and contributes to the implementation of OHSEPR’s strategic direction.
  • Support assessments of OHSEPR’s challenges using specialized skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of project or task plans and interfaces with Government and Contractor personnel.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • Four (4) years of professional Intelligence/Program Analyst experience.
  • Firm understanding of industry best practices and the repatriation program. 
  • Strong spreadsheet and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to calculate statistics like mathematical averages and percentages.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team. 
  • Ability to adapt to changing technology.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • SECRET level security clearance and / or eligibility to obtain and maintain SECRET level security clearance.
