Job Title: - Software Engineer

Location: - Bangalore, Manyata Teck Park

Business & Team: - CST

Impact & Contribution:

Coordinates the definition of business and functional requirements and provides specialist support for projects and operations, gathers information, documents and analyses business needs and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes.

Liaises with stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the organisation, and to recommend solutions that enable the organisation to achieve its goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people.
  • Complete project work stream deliverables including quality control/sign off for area of accountability.
  • Recommend changes to processes and systems, with measurable business benefits, based on current and future customer needs, industry trends and new technologies, knowledge of the system, analysis and performance and oversee the management and execution of any enhancements made.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, where required.
  • Undertake appropriate planning for compliance upgrades and/or software releases.
  • Conduct release planning and demand management for business systems.
  • Ensure effective change management and capacity management processes are in place.
  • Ensure Group methodologies and processes are embraced.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members and/or lead small functional teams.

Undertake any other tasks assigned by your manager that you have the capability to perform safely in line with relevant internal Bank policies and external regulatory requirements.

Essential Skills:

  • Knowledge of the systems and technologies which this role will support including:
  • Abinitio
  • Integration tools– Autosys scheduling, SFTP, APIs, etc.
  • SQL.
  • JIRA.
  • Looking for 3 - 5 Years of Experience.
  • Experience working on technology enabled projects using Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
