Ninja Van is a tech-enabled logistics company on a mission to provide hassle-free delivery services for businesses of all sizes across Southeast Asia. Launched in 2014, we started operations in Singapore and have become the region's largest and fastest growing last-mile logistics company, partnering with over 35,000 merchants and delivering more than 1,000 parcels every minute across six countries.

At our core, we are a technology company that is disrupting a massive industry with cutting-edge software and operational concepts. Powered by algorithm-based optimisation, dynamic routing, end-to-end tracking and a data-driven approach, we provide best-of-class delivery services that delight both the shippers and end customers. But we are just getting started! We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry.

The Corporate Development (“Corp Dev”) department at Ninja Van plans and executes the Group’s fundraising initiatives and is the point person for investor relations activities.

Working closely with the Group CEO and CFO, the Senior Manager will develop and maintain collaterals such as pitch decks, business updates, financial models, and industry analyses to communicate the appropriate narrative to the wider investor community and existing shareholders. The Senior Manager will be the first point of contact for all investor queries and meetings, developing and managing communications to the investment community as our spokesperson, and maintaining close relationships with investors, research analysts and banks.

Internally, the Senior Manager will be maintaining accurate cash flow forecasts at the country/BU level and reviewing the fund requests (including CAPEX proposals) they send in for appropriateness. The Senior Manager will also be recommending appropriate liquidity management strategies to maximize the yield of the Group’s Cash while ensuring businesses have enough working capital to meet their financial obligations.

Reporting to the Group CFO, the Senior Manager will work closely with Group Reporting, FP&A, and Legal / Compliance.
