Job Description:

• Drives growth by meeting customer needs through flawless portfolio and program implementation
• Drive localized NPI ideas, landing till launch and achieve sales target attainment
• Develop marketing programs and demand generation campaigns, monitor the implementation, and ensure the results
• Provide area feedback to division team (Global Portfolio Leader, R&D, etc)
• Define and execute pricing per region/country based on global and area corridors by understanding price/value proposition
• Product positioning and go-to-market strategy, work with market center and country activation marketing for content creation.
• Competitive intelligence and competitive share gain programs development
• Engage with customers for insights and market plan validation
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
