We are searching for the best talent for our EP Marketing Manager North Latam
The Marketing Manager – Electrophysiology is responsible for leading the strategic and operational marketing agenda for the EP business unit across a diverse, multicultural, and multi-country territory. This role requires strong commercial acumen, people leadership, and the ability to translate global strategies into impactful regional execution. The position will drive portfolio growth, market development, and customer-centric initiatives while developing high-performing marketing teams and cross-functional partnerships.
Define and execute the regional marketing strategy for the Electrophysiology portfolio, aligned with global business priorities and regional market dynamics.
Act as a senior commercial leader, partnering closely with Sales, Medical, Access, and Finance to deliver sustainable revenue growth and market share expansion.
Lead long-range planning, annual operating plans, and go-to-market strategies across all countries in scope.
Provide strategic insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to influence business decisions.
Own end-to-end portfolio management for the EP franchise, including product launches, lifecycle optimization, pricing strategies, and portfolio prioritization.
Drive evidence-based value propositions tailored to different healthcare systems and customer segments within the region.
Ensure strong alignment between clinical evidence, health economics, and marketing messaging.
Lead, coach, and develop a multicultural marketing team across multiple countries, fostering high performance, accountability, and collaboration.
Build marketing capabilities through structured development plans, coaching, and succession planning.
Promote an inclusive culture that values diversity, cross-country collaboration, and continuous learning.
Adapt global strategies to local market needs while ensuring consistency of brand, compliance, and governance.
Manage complexity across different regulatory environments, reimbursement systems, and levels of market maturity.
Collaborate with country leadership teams to ensure effective local execution and resource optimization.
Serve as a key strategic partner to senior internal stakeholders and regional leadership.
Support key customer engagement initiatives, including scientific education, professional societies, and strategic accounts.
Ensure marketing activities are customer-centric, compliant, and aligned with ethical standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
8+ years of progressive experience in marketing and/or commercial roles within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare; Electrophysiology experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success in senior commercial or strategic marketing roles with P&L or portfolio responsibility.
Proven people leadership experience, including team development and performance management.
Experience working across multiple countries and cultures, preferably in Latin America.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to influence at senior leadership levels.
Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
