Marketing Technology Developer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Technology Developer who will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing workflow platform, as well as supporting integrations across our marketing technology stack.

As a Marketing Technology Developer the ideal candidate will have strong development expertise across multiple marketing technologies and experience in streamlining workflows, improving collaboration across teams and technologies, and enhance productivity. Responsibilities will revolve around configuring and optimizing the workflow platform to meet the specific needs of your organization. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage marketing channels integrations with Adobe Workfront and other Marketing Technologies including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sitecore, Sprinklr, Teams, RainFocus, Microsoft Azure.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Campaign Management, Sales Enablement and supporting functions that execute end-to-end marketing campaigns using Workfront.

  • Create project templates in coordination with Marketing leadership and run quarterly portfolio, program, and project audits.

  • Create and update custom fields and custom forms to support the various teams using Workfront.

  • Review fields across user groups and identify opportunities to consolidate.

  • Troubleshoot technical Workfront issues and bugs and coordinate with Workfront technical support when necessary.

  • Test Workfront beta preview releases and inform executive leadership and the PMO of Workfront of release changes.

  • Quarterly portfolio, program, and project audits.

  • Technical knowledge of: Single Sign-On (SSO); API interface setup (for 3rd party integrations; and run system diagnostics.

What you bring:

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing technology or a related role.

  • Experience with Adobe Workfront functionality and connectivity through intake, approval, planning, executing, and reporting.

  • In-depth understanding of Adobe Workfront object types, including custom forms and approval workflows, templates, and durations.

  • In-depth understanding of Adobe Workfront setup, including access levels, layout templates, project preferences, and other methods to achieve simplicity of end-user design.

  • Understanding of and experience with process mapping.

  • Familiarity with native connectors and other marketing technology products and services such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sprinklr, Sitecore, Azure, Microsoft Teams / Webex, RainFocus / Cvent.

  • Familiarity with project management including agile and waterfall, and resource management concepts.

  • Strong technical skills in implementation and ETL tools.

  • Experience with digital marketing principles, campaign management, and project management.

  • Proven experience as a Frontend Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your frontend development skills.

  • Proven track record of successfully implementing multiple marketing technologies

  • Experience in providing Admin support for Adobe Workfront.

Preferred Qualifications & Skillset:

  • Adobe Workfront Certification.

  • Salesforce MuleSoft certification preferred, but not required.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Education Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
