Job Description Summary

Lead and drive the Sourcing organization's core operating rhythms, ensuring alignment, efficiency and execution of strategic priorities across teams. Coordinate key KPI reviews and cross-functional collaboration to deliver business objectives in alignment with sourcing policies and compliance requirements.
Own the end-to-end organization of the annual supplier conference for 300+ people in partnership with corporate events team.

Job Description

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Sourcing organization's internal operating mechanisms: weekly Sourcing committee and Leadership staff meetings, biweekly reviews of supplier claims, quarterly All Hands
  • Drive alignment on priorities, KPIs and budget across the teams. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support key objectives. Ensure adherence to internal policies and compliance requirements.
  • Support Sourcing teams in navigating operational challenges and driving consistent way of working.
  • Facilitate preparation of the main external communications: Quarterly Supplier Business meetings and ad-hoc announcements, invitations for the events
  • Act as a central coordination point for preparation of the Wind Supplier Conference. Managing logistics, budget and flawless execution to strengthen supplier relationships and drive collaboration.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma)
  • At least 6 years of experience in Sourcing, Manufacturing, Projects or Finance.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to influence team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Structured approach to solving complex tasks.

 

Desired Characteristics

  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $125,000.00 and $208,300.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

 

 

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
