SUMMARY
Handle and maintain flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

·          Input data manually into specific ERP, carrier or logistics systems in order to successfully transport materials to and from customers/providers.
·          Ensure that all necessary documentation for the transport of materials is accurate.
·          Prepare Bills of Lading, invoices, manifests, Shipper’s Export Declarations (SEDs) and other documentation.
·          Interact with production areas in order to ensure that shipping commitments are executed on time.
·          Interact with transportation providers in order to ship products.
·          Tracks shipments to and from site.
·          Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
·          Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in materials and logistics preferred..
