The Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise is responsible for all hires in North America and Canada, across all business units and corporate, and at all levels. The team works as advisors about the internal and external talent labor markets to the business and HR teams. We’re a forward-looking team, leaning on relationships and fueled by data. What you will do
As a Talent Acquisition Partner on our team you will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruiting supporting an area or a line of business in the United States. To deliver on this objective, you prioritize the urgency and importance of your requisition load and build pipelines of qualified candidates for critical roles. You also work closely with you manager, hiring managers, and HR business partners to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow that meets diversity and overall recruiting goals. In addition, you support our talent attraction programs by owning the responsibility for recruiting from a specific university campus, and support military and diversity recruiting events as needed.

You use insights gained through relationships to anticipate future needs and consistently add value for the customer. You consistently deliver results and are fueled by your passion to win, executed by setting personal performance & development goals, assessing steps & activities required to achieve those goals, adjusting efforts & strategies to accomplish the goals within the expected delivery range, and taking personal responsibility to ensure success. You are an agile communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills, understand your audience, and can quickly adapt to meet the needs of differing audiences. You believe the best work is done in teams, and you seek to collaborate with peers to support their activities and accomplish organization-level goals. You hold peers accountable for commitments, but demonstrate loyalty to the team through competent delivery and approachability. You’re analytical, considering data from multiple sources & relationships, can identify links between dissimilar data sets, and draw conclusions & assumptions that will best benefit the business.
What we look for
Required:
University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
3 Years minimum experience
If hired, candidate is required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 no later than his/her start date
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Communications or related field
3+ years of experience recruiting for Sales, Operations and Engineering profiles
Competence in developing digital candidate sourcing strategies
Technology aptitude - experience with Taleo (ATS), Avature (CRM), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other direct sourcing tools
Foundational understanding of the Boolean search language, and how those search principles apply to both internet and database searches
