We are looking for qualified, motivated experienced professionals who have taken a break to invest in their families and loved ones and are now looking to ReInvest in their career. Our ReInvest Program is a 6 month paid program, beginning September and ending late March. Opportunities are available across a number of business units.

What You'll Do:

  • Spend 6 months in a paid returnship program with a cohort of your peers
  • Take on meaningful project work based on your expertise and experience
  • Participate in development workshops and training sessions designed to support your career re-entry
  • Have regular check-ins with a mentor who can advise and guide you

What We’re Looking For:

  • You have taken a career break for one year or more and are interested in getting back to full-time work
  • You have had a minimum 3 to 5 years professional work experience prior to your career break, at Associate-SVP level
  • You are a person of integrity, with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Who You’ll Work With:

Opportunities exist within our NY-based investment teams including Equities, Fixed Income, Multi-Asset & Hedge Fund Solutions, Responsible Investing and Alternative Investments. Available roles include fundamental and quantitative research, portfolio management, investment operations, trading, data science, credit research and asset management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Desire to join fast-paced Asset Management organization
  • A track record of outstanding performance and achievement
  • The ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
  • Exemplary relationship building skills
  • Relevant technical skills to your area of interest
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel

Annualized base salary equivalent to: $100,000-$200,000, pro-rated for program duration
