This role is a five-month contract opportunity for a Sales Analytics Contractor, to join as a key member of the Monetization team. You will be responsible for working on Analytics and Reporting for Glassdoor’s Monetization Organization. You will also be a multi-functional partner with business units, including Go-To-Market Ops, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, IT, Engineering. We’re looking for someone who has experience in using Data, Technology and Business Intelligence Tools to drive automated scalable analytics reporting solutions. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel and G-Sheets. 
  • Assist in the development of global strategy initiatives by structuring complex problems, performing thorough detailed analysis and developing compelling data solutions 
  • Collaborate with internal Monetization teams and other cross-functional teams to achieve consistent reporting and deliver actionable insights. 
  • Run various regular and ad hoc analysis of key sales data including productivity, pipeline, forecasting, rep performance, territory planning. Validate data for integrity, quality and accuracy. Support weekly, monthly & quarterly cadence of operating deliverables. 
  • Analyze Salesforce platform and recommend new fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns and other changes to improve system performance and data quality.
  • Design and build the underlying data structure and data flows to support apps and integrations 
  • Partner with a data engineering and data science team to build a robust and scalable data analytics platform. 

What You'll Bring 

  • Extensive experience doing data analysis, modeling, and/or financial analysis to support and drive business decisions. 
  • Expertise in forecast management, pipeline management, analytics, and reporting. 
  • Knowledge of SaaS / subscription-based business models and associated KPIs (Retention & Renewal Rates, ARR, Expansion & Cross-Sell Rates, etc). 
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies and frameworks. 
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau), SQL, SFDC, Excel, G-Suite
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to think through various scenarios, understand the impact on our org, and then both provide and execute recommendations with high attention to detail. Strong business and financial acumen. 
  • A self-starter with an ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities. 
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proven ability to prioritize multiple contending priorities. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects within prescribed deadlines. 
  • Focused and organized; able to lead multiple projects and priorities concurrently while prioritizing and planning effectively. 

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $40-45/hour
