Job Description:
Manages the planning, organization and implementation of complex programs.
What you will do:
- Overseeing project processes and procedures; monitoring the productivity and performance of project team.
- Managing all aspects of projects. Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of project.
- Reviewing and ensuring adherence to project materials, deliverables methodologies and procedures.
- Preparing and presenting program level reporting for upper management.
What you will have:
Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.
Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Knowledge of successful approaches and techniques for dealing with change; ability to adapt to a changing environment and be comfortable with change.
Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.
Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives; direct project management experience working with infrastructure teams in an agile environment; Advanced skillsets in project management tools (MS Planner, Azure Dev/Ops); project management concepts including project charters, scheduling and planning projects and successful completion
Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.
Communication and presentation skills
Interpersonal skills are required to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or influence others inside and outside the department to take specific actions.
Basic requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous agile training (sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint, retrospective)
- Pre Advanced English
Top Candidate Will Also Have:
- Works well with a geographically distributed team
- Quickly learns new technologies and apply them with an enterprise perspective
- Acts in a self-directed manner, independently researching tools/libraries/technologies or solving a problem with minimal oversight and instructions
- PMP certification preferred
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
- Advance knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Change Management Certification preferred
- Knowledge of Power BI is highly desirable
- IT Service Management (ITSM) process & Root cause analysis (RCA) processes
