Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Property/Asset Management Analyst 2/3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Aurora CO or Englewood CO and support the Payload and Ground Systems Division (PGSD).

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Reviewing and updating property records in property database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Preparing periodic and special reports on property and material review, physical inventory planning, contract annual government property reports (AGPR), PIEE GFP module status, and other reports, as needed.
- Coordinating and conducting property surveillance reviews and annual physical inventories at supplier and subcontractor sites. Collaborating with Buyers, Subcontract Administrators, and Program and Functional area PFPs (Property Focal Points) to ensure accountability of assets is maintained.
- Engaging in high level of interaction with both internal and external customers, and government regulatory agencies.
- Leading various Property Management System Analysis (PMSA), Contractor Self-Assessment (CSA) reviews, Mission Assurance/Quality audits, and AS9100 audits.
- Assisting program management in the planning and execution of property management life cycle.
- Assisting and providing guidance to other team members, as necessary.
- Maintaining property accountability records, determining condition of assets, arranging disposal of surplus/obsolete material.
- Occasional irregular hours and travel may be required for the role.
- Additional tasks/assignments may be given to assist other team members, as necessary.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Basic Qualifications:
This requisition may be filled at either a level 2 or a level 3.
Basic Qualifications for a Level 2:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related program with 3+ years of related experience in Property/Asset Management - OR - a Master's degree from an accredited university with 1+ year of related experience. An additional 4 years’ experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
Basic Qualifications for a Level 3:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related program with 6+ years of related experience in Property/Asset Management - OR - a Master's degree from an accredited university with 4+ years of related experience. An additional 4 years’ experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
Additional Basic qualifications for both levels:
- Strong PC skills and proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel.
- Experience contributing to the development of new property/asset management concepts, techniques and standards.
- Experience with industry leading best practices, techniques, and standards as they pertain to property and asset management.
- Ability to work occasional irregular hours and travel.
- Current DoD Secret level security clearance. US Citizenship is a prerequisite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current DoD TS/SCI level security clearance. US Citizenship is a prerequisite.
- Ability to interpret and formulate independent judgment based on federal regulations, FAR 52-245.1 and applicable DFARS.
- Experience with SAP environments.
- National Property Management Association (NPMA) Certifications (CPPS, CPPA, CPPM).
- Aerospace/Defense Industry experience.
Salary Range: $62,600.00 - $93,800.00Salary Range 2: $77,000.00 - $115,400.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
