Reporting to the VP, Office of the CEO for PayPal, the Director of Business Operations is responsible for empowering and enabling the Office of the CEO to operate with excellence. Key Responsibilities
Work cross-functionally to project manage and maximize impact of Office of the CEO initiatives across the organization.
Has the ability to create connectivity and efficiency between the tools and processes used to execute internal, external and governance activities across PayPal (Strategic Planning Offsites, CEO Staff and VP+ leadership op mechs, enterprise wide community and culture building initiatives commissioned by the CEO)
Drive programs and foundational work that build customer empathy and helps showcase product innovation in close partnership with teams executing top tier events like Board of Directors, Investor Day, Global All Hands, and more
Manage end-to-end successful delivery of events and key meetings, and track and measure these activities to ensure impact. Participate in the future planning and roadmap of the PayPal Operating System.
Provide thought leadership on opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requisite Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in a Business Operations or similar role at the executive level of an organization
Must have experience building programs, initiatives, and Centers of Excellences at scale across a global organization
Deep understanding of PayPal’s suite of products and services
Product innovation savviness, with a strong understanding of the SMB customer segment
Experience in delivering for Executive Level Leaders and regular communication with Exec Level Leaders
Experience delivering internal communications for a global organization
Track record in building outstanding business partnerships
