Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Drive business goals by developing and managing key initiatives and processes. Analyze data to assess current performance, identify gaps, and implement continuous improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify operations and ensure sustainable, scalable solutions.

Lead global projects, applying industry best practices and understanding global trends to guide organizational strategies. Develop and implement change initiatives, managing expectations and ensuring smooth adoption across the business.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, support business needs, and foster continuous learning. Provide leadership and development opportunities for associates while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Essential Functions:

  • Develops and designs courses and curriculum.
  • Edits and develops online learning materials.
  • Creates learning experiences and environments.
  • Designs learning activities, assignments, and assessments.
  • Creates computer-based training (CBT) modules and storyboards.
  • Develops instructor’s manuals, rubrics, and other teaching tools.
  • Collaborates with subject experts to develop course content.
  • Manages online learning communities.
  • Analyzes, updates, and refines existing online content.
  • Trains instructors, students, and employees in how to use learning technologies.
  • Facilitates discussion and collaboration via social media.
  • Keeps current on best practices in instructional design.
  • Writes scripts for video and audio content.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Knowledge of instructional theory, including assessment.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Cornerstone, LinkedIn Learning.
  • Understanding of varied learning styles, assessments, and evaluation methods.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with design platforms, such as Canva and Adobe Suites.
  • Familiarity with course management systems, such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Elucidat.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines.

Education, Experience & Licensing Requirements:

  • BS, MS, or higher degree in Instructional Design, Education, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Previous experience in instructional design

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
