Associate Product Manager Position:

Stord is transforming the face of supply chain management with our modern platform of tools covering Order Management (OMS), Warehouse Management (WMS), Consumer Experience (Pre/Post Purchase), Demand Planning, and more. Our Product team is dedicated to solving complex challenges in an industry dominated by outdated software, empowering our customers to Sell More, Save Money, and Reduce Headaches.

 

We're searching for a motivated and driven Associate Product Manager to contribute to our OMS and Consumer Experience suite. This role requires a proactive individual who can engage with customers, analyze data, and work independently to enhance our platform.

 

As an Associate Product Manager, you'll play a key role in optimizing the customer journey and order fulfillment process. You'll collaborate with internal teams, gather customer insights, and contribute to solutions that directly impact customer satisfaction and business growth. This role blends customer-centric problem-solving, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our platform delivers exceptional value.

 

In our fast-paced environment, it’s essential that you’re someone who thrives on getting things done and moving quickly to solve challenges. A typical day in might look like this: help out our Customer Success team by investigating a customer issue, dive into a feature request from sales to determine possible solutions and prioritisation, research new features in the marketplace, meet with Stord customers to gather insights and feedback on our roadmap, write some user stories and update our product backlog.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with customers: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze customer behavior to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement within the OMS and Consumer Experience platforms.
  • Translate customer needs into product requirements: Clearly define and document user needs and translate them into actionable product specifications and user stories.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to ensure smooth product development and launch.
  • Analyze data: Utilize data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure product performance, and inform product decisions.
  • Contribute to product strategy: Assist in developing and refining the product roadmap for OMS and Consumer Experience, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Stay informed: Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and industry best practices in order management and consumer experience.
  • Become an expert: learn our products inside and out and become the go-to person for all things product

 

What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Management Consulting or similar customer-facing or analytical role, preferably within e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain. 
  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to draw meaningful conclusions. Ideally with experience in SQL, BI tools, and other analytical tools.
  • A passion for technology and its impact on the supply chain.
  • Customer-centric approach: Demonstrated passion for understanding and solving customer needs.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration skills. Someone who can articulate user needs, business value of products, and also get into the technical details with engineers.

 

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with order management systems (OMS) or consumer experience platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Location: Strong preference for candidates located in Atlanta, GA, New Haven, CT, Las Vegas, NV, or Reno, NV
