We need an English-fluent Customer Success Manager, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their success and satisfactions.
  • Manage the complete Sales and Order Management (SOM) lifecycle, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and support, to resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term success and retention.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements in sales and order management workflows.

Requirements:

  • 2+ Years of proven experience in Customer Success Management, Sales Operations, or Order Management position.
  • Strong understanding of SOM processes, including sales order creation, management, and fulfillment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and clients.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and order management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in English.

It´s a plus:

  • Prior experience in a technology or SaaS environment is a plus.
  • Additional certifications in Customer Success or Order Management are advantageous.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,500 - $2,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
