Job Description:

Your responsibilities:

  • You will involve in Contract Management and Financial involvement with the Project Manager team and the Sales colleagues during project execution (eg. commenting Contracts, review of offer calculations, preparation of all internal documentation and for the clients offer/orders).

  • You will have experience in the area of Project Controlling and Contract Management, such as customer contract analysis, commenting contract, project cost and margin analysis and/or project cost calculations.

  • You will have knowledge on claim management, forecasting the main variances to analyze and predict the closing results of the projects themselves. You will participate in opportunity/risk identification, monitor that mitigation actions are timely implemented, provide support on claim management, customer and business oriented, strong commercial and communication skills.

  • You will manage and closely monitor the cash flow, take action to improve Net Working Capital, act as project controller to support the PMs in all financial and commercial matters and drive the performance.

  • You will be supporting adherence to corporate governance, integrity, assurance, internal control, group charter and business-specific finance directives and instructions.

  • You will drive synergies with stakeholder (HE Global, HPS, Hitachi Other BU), support post integration process of Hitachi subsidiaries (HPSI, HTDS, HTDSA, HTDA, etc.), lead contractual agreement with stakeholders and coordinate with related parties, such as HPS and HTC other business unit.

  • You will involve in close teamwork with the Project Management team being involved in all the economic and financial activities, ensure compliance with internal guidelines/procedures and external regulatory requirements.

  • You will contribute to the local and cluster execution team lead in determining and developing the execution model in alignment to the OU strategy.

Your background:

  • You hold degree in management or economics is preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business management.

  • Experience with SAP (especially CO, PS and BW) is highly desirable, deep knowledge of Microsoft Office (focus on Excel and Outlook) and outstanding attention to detail, accuracy and ability to multitask.

  • Good exposure in English on negotiation level (written and/or oral), know-how in T&D market, Leading teams and have a real passion and enthusiasm for deal management in complex project.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment, result oriented approach, proactivity, autonomy and open mind.

  • Flexibility and adaptability according to specific requirements.

  • Team Player, looking to add value to the organization and being well trusted partner of the colleagues and/or of the Management.

  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong written and verbal communication skills.
