Role Summary and Purpose

The AMS (Lean) analyst will support the delivery and deployment of AMS initiatives through the UK Business.  

The role will be responsible for data gathering and analysis, supporting the facilitation of workshops and producing documentation, as well as supporting the wider team developing AMS skills, behaviours and tool kit across the business evolving a culture of continuous improvement.

The AMS(Lean) Analyst will be required to develop their AMS skills and will be supported in building their knowledge and experience in continuous improvement methodologies.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Data gathering and detailed analysis
  • Calendar management and organisation
  • Production of documentation (including Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Smart Sheet, Word)
  • Maintain project plans
  • Support facilitation of workshops
  • Support facilitation of problem solving activities
  • Build AMS/CI knowledge, taking a self driven attitude towards development
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Advocate for AMS, promote AMS team and benefits of delivery

  • Understand and apply core Lean principles to solve problems within scope of everyday work.
  • Previous experience of utilising Lean/CI methodologies (preferred)

Qualifications

  • Academic qualifications; A Level preferred

Experience

  • Previous experience of working in a CI environment preferred
  • Project delivery experience preferred, preferably within an insurance environment
