Global Head of Talent Sourcing

Role outline

Global Head of Talent Sourcing will be responsible for creating and executing a global candidate generation strategy that delivers candidate pipelines across multiple roles and geographies to support business growth. The ideal candidate will be a high impact partner across Talent Acquisition in supporting various business units' talent needs. Global Head of Talent Sourcing will lead by example to ensure a performance-driven culture of accountability, collaboration and innovation exists in supporting the business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Function as a Subject Matter Expert in candidate generation in advising talent acquisition, human resources, and business.
  • Create, execute, and deliver an innovative sourcing strategy that leverages multiple channels and methods to identify, attract and convert prospects into candidates.
  • Translate strategies into clear goals, actions and roles which can be measured.
  • Keep abreast of next generation sourcing trends and opportunities.
  • Assess new talent sourcing methodologies and technology.
  • Conduct external benchmarking and capture intelligence to understand the competitive and labor market landscapes.
  • Design and implement efficient and effective processes to meet deliverables.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews to key stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, encouragement, and feedback to the sourcing team.
  • Partner with talent acquisition leaders, the business, finance, and human resources to align on current and forecasted hiring demand.
  • Collaborate with various leaders and teams to support succession plans.
  • Hold weekly and monthly meetings with various teams to ensure alignment and business continuity.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • 20+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • 5+ years in leading a sourcing function.
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Strong stakeholder management, project management, and change management skills
  • Influence across various levels and reporting relationships
  • Sound verbal, written and visual communication skills
  • Goal and results oriented
  • Data driven and analytical
  • Comfortable operating in an ambiguous and dynamic environment
  • Competent to innovate and willingness to challenge the status quo
  • Act with limited guidance and own the results
  • Collaborate across borders, businesses, and teams
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related area
