We are seeking a Growth Marketing Operations Manager who will join the Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager.
In this role you will lead the operational aspects of our growth marketing initiatives, ensuring they run smoothly. working closely with various teams to execute and optimize strategies that enhance our customer acquisition.
You Will:
Acquisition Campaigns
Oversee Digital Marketing Campaigns and Collaborate with external agencies to run impactful acquisition campaigns that meet our key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop and manage initiatives from creating creative briefs to overseeing execution.
ASO and SEO Management:
Manage ASO efforts to enhance visibility and conversion rates in app stores.
Implement and manage SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Data Analysis and Experimentation:
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and identifying areas for improvement.
Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to improve conversion rates and lead initiatives for continuous optimization.
Social Media:
Implement social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, including video and content creation.
Continuous Learning and Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
You Have:
At least 3 years of experience in growth marketing or related roles.
Analytical with experience in data analysis and A/B testing.
Must - Hands-on experience with one of the following: ASO, SEO or PPC Campaign management.
Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
Ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies.
Excellent project management.
Fluent in English, (written and spoken)
