As Program Administration Specialist, you are extremely organized, a great communicator, and highly motivated to support a Mission Critical program at the top level of Government. What you’ll do:

  • Schedule, confirm, and support meetings for government VIP customers
  • Monitor and maintain physical security of conference facilities
  • Analyze customer administrative processes and procedures, and recommend improvements where possible

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • You have 3 years of experience in a high-level corporate or government environment
  • You have 3 years of experience supporting and administering conferencing technologies such as WebEx, Adobe Connect, Teams and Zoom
  • You have 3 years of experience enforcing and following facility security requirements
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs
  • You have an active TS/SCI security clearance
