We’re looking for:

  • Someone who truly enjoys helping people - you never approach a problem as “one size fits all” but creatively resolve issues based on each person’s unique needs
  • Are excited to help people day in and out as you navigate a complex system with urgency and finesse.
  • Have high horse-power and are energized by providing high volume and high quality support in an fast-paced environment
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skill with the highest attention to detail
  • Are willing to spend some of your time in an office with like-minded individuals
  • Do not have a healthcare background (or are willing to forget everything you have learned)
  • This is a role based out of our NYC HQ and will require in-person work.
