Keystone Human Services has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Corporate Accountant to support our international work and federal grants programs.  This is a hybrid position, with requirement to be in the corporate office in Harrisburg, PA twice per month. 

The Senior Corporate Accountant is responsible to ensure the financial integrity and transparency of Keystone Human Services’ international operations. This position will report on and manage international grants and maintain the organization’s commitment to fiscal responsibility and compliance.

Specific position responsibilities include, but are not limited to
•    Collaborates with finance departments of international entities to ensure timely and accurate financial data compilation and subsequent consolidation of the information into accounting software. 
•    Oversees monthly accounting, consolidation of financial information from sub-grantees, and overall financial reporting for international grants, ensuring compliance with grantor stipulations and guidelines. 
•    Reconciles international grant accounts monthly and ensures accurate tracking of expenses and revenue. 
•    Prepares and submits timely financial reports to grantors as required.
•    Processes, accounts for, and reports on grants and awards in compliance with all applicable standards.
•    Designs, implements, and maintains business process documents for international grants.
•    On occasion, due to the time zone differences, there may be a need to work outside standard United States business hours.
Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required. 
•    Minimum of three years of progressive accounting experience, with federal grant experience or experience with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) preferred. 
•    Experience with development of federal grant proposals is preferred. 
•    Experience with the Office of Management and Budgeting (OMB) Uniform Guidance preferred. 
•    Certified Public Accounting License (CPA) preferred.
•    Ability to communicate  effectively and to be able to read, interpret and apply written information. 
•    Computer proficiency in MS Office and able to learn other software as needed. 
•    Ability to pass required background checks and clearances.
