What You Will Do:
The Organizational Effectiveness and Change Lead supports client transformation and change projects to meet objectives on time and on budget. This role focuses on the people side of change, which involves preparing, supporting and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, organization structures, and more.
Specific duties will include:
Provide consulting services to clients related to designing and implementing processes, organizations and technologies
Lead the development of content to prepare stakeholders to adopt shifts in culture, new processes and systems (e.g. emails, presentations, demos, website content, social media content)
Lead the stand-up and on-going engagement of change networks and governance forums
Balance a variety of assignments and independently manage time and resources to deliver quality work by established deadlines
Build client relationships by:
1) exceeding client expectations,
2) anticipate and address client needs by leveraging the firm’s intellectual property and share new material
3) ability to adjust readily to shifting priorities and rapid change in an agile environment
Support in the management, coaching, and/or mentoring of less experienced staff
What You Will Need:
Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
Bachelor’s Degree
Five (5) or more years of experience related to Change Management or Program/Project Management
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience implementing changes within a U.S. Army organizations
Familiarity with the financial management domain, especially in the areas of accounting and financial statement audit
Master’s Degree in Organization Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology
Certifications: Prosci, Change Management Advanced Practitioner, LaMarsh, or another accredited change management certification
Ability to facilitate conversations and ask probing questions to illicit a clear understanding of the client’s problem statement and current state
Ability to work within a self-directed culture and navigate ambiguity
Strong communication skills to provide recurring and ad-hoc project updates and synthesizing information clearly and succinctly for key decision briefs and procurement actions
Ability to oversee project management (project planning and reporting), governance, dashboarding, knowledge management, training, and strategic communications workstreams
Demonstrated excellent writing skills
Proven ability to promote a collaborative work environment and demonstrates flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to develop approaches to solve client problems and lead a team to execute the approach, achieving desired results for the client
