About the Senior Manager, Revenue Marketing at Showpad
The Senior Manager of Revenue Marketing is responsible for developing and executing marketing programs that drive revenue growth through events, campaigns, and account-based marketing (ABM). This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and strong leadership skills to optimize team performance, enhance pipeline generation, and foster seamless sales collaboration. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of executing impactful marketing programs and events that align marketing efforts with revenue and sales objectives.

Job Description

Strategy Development and Execution:

  • In collaboration with VP, Marketing - develop and implement comprehensive revenue marketing strategies that align with Showpad's OKRs and revenue objectives.
  • Lead the strategy and execution for owned and sponsored events to drive pipeline generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement, ensuring each event's impact on pipeline growth and retention is measured and optimized.
  • Design, execute and improve account-based marketing (ABM) programs tailored to target high-value accounts.

Collaboration with Sales Leadership:

  • Partner closely with sales leadership to ensure marketing initiatives are fully aligned with sales objectives and revenue targets.
  • Facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration between marketing and sales teams to optimize pipeline development and lead conversion processes.
  • Provide sales leadership with timely and consistent insights to keep them informed of pipeline progress and campaign effectiveness.
  • Solicit feedback from the sales teams and take ownership of actionable next steps for marketing to enhance accountability and drive performance alignment.

Marketing Program Oversight:

  • Oversee the execution of marketing programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance expectations.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze marketing campaigns and programs, proactively adjusting strategies to maximize their impact on revenue goals and pipeline growth.

Event Management:

  • Plan, organize, and execute trade shows, webinars, and owned in-person marketing events to engage prospects and customers.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution, maximizing event ROI and pipeline influence.
  • Track, measure, and report on event performance and learnings, capturing key metrics and insights to inform and improve future event strategies.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of six marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting their goals and contributing to overall revenue impact.
  • Encourage professional growth and continuous learning within the team to build a high-functioning and adaptable revenue marketing unit.

Critical Skills for Success in This Role:

  • 6-8 years of demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing programs and events that drive revenue impact.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a high-performance marketing team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize performance and pipeline alignment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional project leadership skills, enabling the execution of multiple projects simultaneously and keeping stakeholders informed, with attention to detail.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills — verbal, written, and presentation.
