Overview of the Job:

  • The role is responsible to drive End-to-End Merchandising strategy and execution for Licensing Products. Serve consumer with the most relevant products to enable Nike’s vision and drive sustainable growth.

  • Direct report to GC Brand Merchandising Director

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the overall go-to-market merchandising strategy and execution for Nike TEAM and CSL in the GC market, owning the end-to-end product lifecycle from line planning and pricing architecture to market launch.
  • Ensure all licensing partners are fully aligned with Nike Global and GC strategies, managing multi-channel assortments across Wholesale, DTC and internal usage.
  • Oversee eight licensed businesses across seven licensing partners, driving commercial mechanisms and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality product initiatives on time.
  • Continuously optimize product portfolios based on sell-through performance, market trends, and consumer insights.
  • Lead the development of customization capabilities and execute key strategic programs to drive sustainable growth and operational stability of GC licensing businesses.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance, providing actionable insights to enhance future-season planning and in-season adjustments.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in Merchandising, product management, or go-to-market roles.
  • Strong Communication & Influence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for Sports & Consumer Engagement: Deep understanding of sports culture, fans engagement, and consumer trends. Continuously optimize product portfolios based on sell-through performance, market trends, and consumer insights.
  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
