Senior Financial Business Analyst Baltics

Job located in Latvia

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on management and improvement of financial planning, budget monitoring and reporting processes;
• Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly reports and present it in Management team;
• Take part in creating company’s business plan, collaborate with colleagues from other departments;
• Review and analyze results of structural units, ensuring alignment with goals and strategic tasks;
• Assist departments in selecting and enhancing operational efficiency indicators;
• Identify and evaluate company risks in collaboration with internal control;
• Analyze the company's competitive landscape for strategic decision-making;
• Provide consultations on financial matters within the scope of expertise;
• Supporting the development of long-term strategies and yearly target setting.

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics or a related field;
• At least 2 years work experience in finance, preferably within an international organization;
• Good understanding of financial planning within international environment and accounting principles;
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Excel, JDE and PowerBI;
• Fluent in English and Latvian languages;
• A high sense of responsibility and attention to detail;
• Ability to teamwork, communicate and collaborate;
• Analytical skills and ability to work effectively under high-stress conditions;
• Ability to plan ones own work, perform several tasks simultaneously within short deadlines.
