The Manager, Process Excellence will support the Process Excellence (PEX) initiatives across the organization. Primary functions include mentoring Yellow Belt and Green Belt projects, conducting/facilitating Lean Six Sigma trainings, undertaking and executing strategic/special high-impact PEX projects, consulting operations functions on transformation, and partnering with functions on process excellence initiatives. 

Typical initiatives/projects will span months and involve a global, cross-functional team from various functions, including but not limited to operations, technology, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and enablement functions. This highly visible role necessitates regular interaction with both project and senior leadership. 

Shift Timing - 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Hybrid Work Model - Twice a week, work from office.

About the Role

In this opportunity as Manager, Process Excellence, you will: 

  • Partner with global cross-functional teams in addressing their process excellence needs. 

  • Mentor Yellow Belt and Green Belt projects, ensuring successful completion and alignment with organizational goals. 

  • Conduct/facilitate Lean Six Sigma trainings, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 

  • Undertake and execute strategic/special high-impact PEX projects that drive significant improvements. 

  • Provide Consulting support to operations functions on transformation strategy and roadmap development. 

  • Partner with various functions to consult on and drive process excellence initiatives/projects. 

  • Perform current state mapping of processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. 

  • Conduct detailed data analysis to derive insights and identify opportunities. 

  • Support the development of future state process maps to reimagine processes for efficiency and optimization. 

  • Conduct discovery workshops/ideation sessions to identify opportunities for artificial intelligence and intelligent automation adoption. 

  • Partner with other Centers of Excellence (COEs) on initiatives to support targeted outcomes. 

  • Conduct process maturity assessments for various functions as needed 

About You :

You’re a fit for the role of Manager, Process Excellence if you have: 

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 

  • 10 + years of experience in process excellence, with a strong focus on Lean Six Sigma methodologies. 

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification  

  • Demonstrated experience mentoring Yellow Belt and Green Belt projects. 

  • Proven ability to conduct Lean Six Sigma trainings and foster a culture of continuous improvement. 

  • Experience in undertaking and executing strategic/special high-impact PEX projects. 

  • Strong consulting experience with operations functions on transformation strategies and roadmaps. 

  • Proficiency in performing current state mapping of processes and detailed data analysis. 

  • Ability to support the development of future state process maps for efficiency and optimization. 

  • Experience in conducting discovery workshops for identifying AI and intelligent automation opportunities. 

  • Strong partnership skills with other COEs on initiatives to support targeted outcomes. 

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences. 

  • Excellent active listening skills. 

  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization. 

  • Experience working with cross-functional, remote, and virtual teams in a matrix organization. 

  • Proven ability to collaborate with and manage global stakeholders. 

  • Ability to conform to shifting priorities and proactively drive changes. 

  • Familiarity with modern tools in AI, ML, and data visualization, including Tableau and Power BI. 

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Python and others. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and process mapping tools. 

  • Willingness to work across different time zones based on project requirements.
