This is a HYBRID position that REQUIRES two (2) days per week on-site in Manassas, VA.

In this role you will:

  • Prepare year-to-date monthly business, project, and financial reports for one or more Planning Units, identifying key messages and communicating them clearly to Planning units heads.
  • Manage projects of low to moderate complexity, liaising closely with all relevant departments and adhering strictly to company E2E project management guidelines.
  • Conduct less complex cost/benefit analyses to support sound business decisions.
  • Identify analytical solutions in your area of business expertise and participate in preparing senior management presentations, including for the IDB Investment Decision Board and Executive Steering Group.
  • Prepare annual budgets and forecasts for one or more moderate to complex Planning Units, identifying and communicating any issues that arise.
  • Discover chances to improve internal processes and support business operations, leading the implementation and communication of changes to division budget holders.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge and understanding of key business drivers and strategies for your area of expertise.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
  • Proven ability to prepare and analyze financial reports and budgets.
  • Strong project management skills and experience liaising with multiple departments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
  • Advanced experience with financial software and tools, including : Excel and SAP.
  • Proven experience crafting high quality deliverables in Power Point and MS Word.

Preferred qualifications:

  • An MBA or equivalent experience in Finance or a related field.
  • Experience as a Finance Auditor
  • Familiarity with E2E project management guidelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully implement process improvements.
  • Knowledge of key business drivers and strategy for finance-related roles.

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position in Virginia is $87,780 MINIMUM to $163,020 MAXIMUM USD. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Our compensation packages include a competitive base salary and bonus opportunity for all employees contingent on personal and company performance.
