Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with the Property Development team to help widen our geographic footprint by owning the new store proforma models and providing analysis and recommendations
• Develop new club dashboards to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Collaborating cross functionally to develop the annual budget, including detailed forecasts of various expense line items and Capital Budgets
• Partnering with key stakeholders in the business to review, forecast and analyze various P&L line items to stay on top of trends for proforma updates
• Developing and owning portions of the monthly rolling plan, identifying, and reporting key trends to upper management regularly for key decision making
• Ad-hoc reporting and analyses as requested by senior leadership

• Strong business acumen with ability to interface with executive management
• Ability to build partnerships and help influence decisions
• A team player that enjoys collaborative work but can excel as individual contributor
• Advanced technical aptitude (Excel, SAP, or other ERP systems)
• Exposure to Tableau and Alteryx a plus
• An understanding of key accounting principles
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting is required, MBA a plus
• Demonstrable and progressive financial analysis experience (3-5 years)

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $74,500.00.
