Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of the Integration, Operations, and Major Programs group at TEL Technology Center, America, LLC. (TTCA), which is one of the major R&D facilities among Tokyo Electron (TEL) Corporation.

This position will be a key contributor in providing support to the TTCA Management team in the areas of process improvement and project/program management in order to obtain expected deliverables of key research programs and initiatives.

 

Responsibilities
Lead assigned business support projects, including TTCA Definition of Success (DoS or goals), Risk Register and facilities planning. Work closely with TTCA Management and employees to plan, drive, and monitor technical projects at TTCA. Ensure expected deliverables are completed within provided time frame.

  • Track TTCA Strategic Initiative Definition of Success (goals) and support owners in achieving goals.
  • Support technical teams in the planning, execution and reporting on technical projects.
  • Create Risk Register based on TTCA’s business needs and facilitate the progress, documents the process.
  • Work closely with TTCA Management to introduce Risk Management activities specifically in R&D projects. Suggest and implement solutions as needed.
  • Work closely with Information Security Dept. in order to improve Confidential Information Management practices at TTCA (Documents classification, Access control to the confidential information, Information storage management, and so on).


Typical Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Science or related field required

Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.

 

Preferred Skills and Education

  • R&D experience, engineering background
  • Knowledge of cutting edge semiconductor technology
  • 5+ year demonstrated experience in process improvement, project and business management
  • Proficiency with Project Management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Power BI, MONDAY.com and possessing data analysis/management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
  • Strong people and relationship-building skills with a commitment to exceptional service and delivery
  • Highly motivated
  • Self-starter, able to seamlessly work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple high-stake priorities simultaneously without compromising delivery

Salary Ranges

$90,722.13 - $117,745.62

Individual pay is determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, relevant education, certifications, and/or training.  In addition to base salary, we offer (full time regular employees ) a comprehensive benefits package and for certain roles eligibility in our bonus plan and long-term incentives as applicable.  The talent advisor can share more details about total compensation for the role in your location during the hiring process.
