About the role:
As a Product Marketing Associate (Customer Advocacy), you will play a pivotal role in building a differentiated market position for CleverTap, by building inspiring customer success stories that showcase how our customers are leveraging the CleverTap’s All-in-one Engagement platform. You will have full responsibility for driving Customer advocacy initiatives, which include building assets (testimonials, case studies) as well as other initiatives, such as Advocate communities.

What will you do:
- Program Development: Develop and execute the customer advocacy program to identify and engage with satisfied customers, and convert them to advocates.
- Promote: Drive visibility of the program within the organization, develop & monitor the process to measure the effectiveness of the program.
- Identify prospects: Work in close collaboration with sales, customer success, product, and marketing teams to build a pipeline of potential reference customers from across the globe and nurture the prospects.
- Build the case: Engage with internal & external stakeholders to conduct research, gather data and resources and build the narrative.
- Produce content: Bring your storytelling skills and work with teams including content, design, and video to develop primary and secondary assets.
- Leverage assets: Identify how the assets can be integrated into key marketing activities and collateral.
- Measure the impact of customer references and report on the overall benefits from the advocacy program.

What are we looking for?
- MBA in Marketing, Business from a Tier-I, II B-School
- 2-4 years of experience in industry marketing, product marketing or corporate marketing
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to build rapport with stakeholders, engage with key decision-makers and influencers, and craft industry & customer-facing messaging and presentations.
- Strong analytical skills, story-telling skills and structured decision-making.
- Excellent cross-functional team management and presentation skills.
- Comfortable presenting to executive leaders and cross functional partners

Good to have:
- Prior Experience in B2B Saas Companies
- Growth mindset, curious, self-aware, and passionate about continuous improvement
- Strong attention to and command of detail, and project management skills to focus on key outcomes amidst competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Deep experience writing messaging and creating engaging content that romances product scenarios; passion for technology and the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, clear prose
- Curiosity, self-awareness, and a desire to test and learn, sing data as a success metric
- A natural collaborator with a willingness to drive hands-on tactical execution
- Ability to establish excellent working relationships with cross-functional teams
- Get-it-Done confidence to pick up and lead new projects even in the face of ambiguity
