Engineering Chapter Lead - Privileged Access Management

The Identity and Access Technology (IAT) team form a key pillar of the wider Group Security practice. As the Engineering Chapter Lead, Privileged Access Management Technology, you will provide thought leadership, technical expertise, strong people management and a clear delivery focus.

In your day-to-day role you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering Crew / CoE outcomes within the squad that you are assigned to.
  • Facilitating the constructive resolution of conflicts which may arise both internally & externally to the Chapter.
  • Providing people leadership and management including onboarding, hiring, skill building, career development, coaching, performance management and individual and team engagements for Chapter members, in line with guidance from the Chapter Area and / or Practice.
  • Implementing and support consistent ways of working across the Chapter.
  • Setting clear expectations on the guardrails and standards to be applied as defined by the Chapter Area and / or Practice.
  • Contributing to the uplift of the Chapter's maturity through SME knowledge and by driving and fostering collaboration across Chapter instances to create a culture of sharing, learning and problem solving.
  • Seeking data and feedback to inform metrics and leverages these to support continuous improvement efforts, in partnership with the Chapter Area Lead/ Crew Lead.
  • Participating and contributing to the Privileged Access Management Practice and / or Chapter including maintaining technical experience commensurate with their specific Chapter
  • Actively contributing to the squad deliverables that you will be part of


We are interested in hearing from people who:

  • Have extensive experience with CI/CD, Ansible, Github, Teamcity (or Jenkins), Artifactory and Octopus 
  • Understanding of DevSecOps
  • Experience in running a DevSecOps model for mission-critical application teams
  • Have Cloud experience (AWS)
  • Demonstrated Technical and engineering people leadership skills having managed large engineering workforces
  • Experience with CyberArk from initial deployment, to configuration and customisation across both on premise and cloud environments desirable
  • Have worked on large-scale deployments in complex technology environments
  • Can articulate business value through visualisation tools and applicable data points
