As a TA Partner, you will be part of our Talent Acquisition team, collaborating closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to understand and fulfil hiring needs. Our team values open communication and cooperation, striving together to attract and secure the best talent for Novonesis. You will work in a supportive and innovative environment dedicated to our growth and success.
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Partnering up with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to support hiring needs and effectively close job requisitions with top talent sourced by you. You will develop search strategies and plans, using various techniques to source and attract top talent. Additionally, you will establish strong relationships with candidates, aligning their career goals with potential opportunities within Novonesis.
In addition, some of your key tasks will include:
Manage talent acquisition activities (EB, DE&I, career fairs, onboarding, recruitment) for a specific business area.
Create and implement targeted recruitment strategies for [REGION/BUSINESS AREA], collaborating with hiring managers and P&O (HRBPs) to understand needs, craft job postings, and utilize effective sourcing channels.
Use diverse sourcing methods to attract candidates, participate in career events, and maintain a talent pool for future needs. Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess fit and cultural alignment.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to successful onboarding, creating a favorable company impression.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders like hiring managers and Regional P&O (HRBPs & Recruitment Specialists) to align recruitment with business and talent strategies, offering expert advice based on market trends.
Collaborate with P&O Operations and P&O Partners for offer presentations and negotiations, aligning offers with market conditions and internal compensation frameworks. Support efficient pre- and onboarding processes.
Work with employer branding specialists to incorporate brand content and strategies into recruitment efforts, enhancing employer attractiveness.
Actively participate in the Global TA Community to share insights, improve processes, and adopt best practices.
Integrate operational recruitment activities with strategic goals, regularly consulting with Regional Recruitment Specialists to align on methodologies and refine processes.
Lead DE&I initiatives in recruitment and advise on DE&I strategies within the designated business area.
To succeed you must hold:
Experience with boolean search, various sourcing techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Experience in using Wechat, Liepin, 51job, BOSShire and other professional networks.
Strong understanding of market mapping and intelligence.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable individual with strong communication and analytical skills. You should be experienced in sourcing and recruitment, capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Your ability to implement DE&I practices, and challenge biases is essential.
