THE WORK

  • Analyze business requirements with the client, embracing challenges as opportunities.
  • Collaborate in designing and configuring business processes on the Salesforce platform, dedicated to ongoing improvement.
  • Monitor system operations, demonstrating a commitment to constant progress.
  • Provide analytical support for the client and teams, enthusiastic about professional growth.
  • Develop projects by expanding architecture and implementing non-standard solutions, constantly seeking innovation and advancement

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 1+ year of experience in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (SFMC) platform
  • Knowledge of Salesforce - you are passionate and want to develop your competences in this technology
  • Experience in gathering the requirements, transforming them into technical implementation steps, and documenting business processes
  • Solid understanding of marketing automation, segmentation, and campaign management
  • Problem-solving mindset to identify potential gaps & analyze possible solutions
  • Strong analytical skills, so you can help interpret and act upon the data from campaigns.
  • Great communication skills, proficiency in Polish and English
  • Work experience within Agile/SCRUM model
