About the position: 

As a Repackaging Planning Specialist you will be responsible for creating and processing orders for finished products and packaging materials to maintain production in EU markets, as well as solving problems in case of shortage of raw materials.

Main responsibilities:
• Creation of delivery plans for finished products and packaging materials in accordance with repacking requirements (DRP and PTG teams). 
• Cooperation with Suppliers and Re-packers to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Management of packaging materials - creating orders, monitoring stock levels.
• Management of obsolete materials: organizing returns, destruction of materials, finding alternative ways to use/scrapping obsolete materials.
• Taking care of data accuracy in SAP/IBP systems.
• Cooperation with the Suppliers, Re-packers and the Finance Department in terms of incorrect invoicing.

 

So, what does it take to be successful in this role? 

You have minimum one year of experience in supply chain, or logistics, ideally in FMCG sector. 
A university degree in logistics, economics or equivalent.
You are a great Team player, able to build positive and professional relationships. 
You are able to work effectively under time pressure.
You have very good and practical knowledge of Excel.  Experience in working with SAP is nice to have. 
Very good English is a must.
